The terms and conditions associated with this site are elaborated under the following:

1. Delivery and Shipping Policy: The orders placed in this site are fulfilled by Printrove.Com and they ship all your orders through Delhivery, FedEx and India Speed post. Pin codes that are not eligible for cash-on-delivery with Delhivery and FedEx can be shipped as prepaid through India speed post.

2. Privacy Policy: It is our policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our website.

3. Refund and Cancellation: In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed by us, we shall cancel the order immediately and refund the entire amount back to the account from where it was debited.

Customer Returns:

Product Quality issues:

In the case of issues related to misprinting or damaged or defective items sent to the customer, it must be communicated to us within 5 days upon the delivery of the product. For items lost in shipment, claims, if any, must be communicated not later than 6 days after the estimated delivery date.

Broken products received:

In the case of fragile products like Framed posters, all issues have to be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product. In order to raise a replacement request, send us pictures of the broken product along with the original packaging in which the product was received by the customer, showing the shipping label and the customer details on it clearly for verification.

4. Online Registration: You have the option of placing order as a 'Guest' or you can Register as a user. User registration is of advantage, since it provides you with an opportunity to get Customer Loyalty Credits and be informed of Sales/Coupons being run in the future by the site.
